Strength day post sprint workout yesterday. My legs feel worked and tired but not sore. Warmed up with light shadowboxing and footwork bouncing.
The workout consisted of the following 3 sets with 30lb dumbbells:
15 x overhead press
15 x shrugs
15 x curls
15 x shoulder extension
25 x dips
15 x shoulder external extension (resistance band)
15 x goblet squat
15 x bent over row
