I'm currently embarking on a journey to obtain my real estate license for the vibrant state of Nevada with Kaplan Test Prep by my side.

While navigating the corporate landscape of Las Vegas has proven to be quite the challenge, my determination remains unwavering. Despite a decade of experience in private equity and venture capital consulting, coupled with an MBA and MS, securing fulfilling employment has remained elusive.

I refuse to be deterred. I've decided to seize control of my destiny and venture into the realm of real estate. Its ubiquitous presence across the nation serves as the cornerstone of America's thriving economy. The allure of this field lies in its inherent adaptability and the empowerment that comes from dealing with tangible assets.

Adding to my excitement is the prospect of collaborating with my fiancée, who already has a thriving career in the real estate industry. Together, we anticipate a myriad of intriguing decisions and opportunities that await us, allowing us to forge something special together. I will take her lead as the Dream Team takes shape.

While commercial real estate mirrors the dynamics of engaging with private equity stakeholders and CEOs, the realm of residential real estate has its own allure. I welcome the change of pace, drawing from my past experiences of cold calling and door knocking. And let's not forget the thrill of meeting new neighbors, each interaction presenting an opportunity to understand their needs and assets on a personal level.
