More shadow boxing and sharp punches while circling the bag practicing footwork. I cool down with head movement and combos.

Tracking my time and rounds I am projecting a record month. However, this reminds me that time counted on its own is not enough and that disciplined practice does not require extended periods of time. I will take this ethos with me into my next session.
