Despite morning pain and potential spasms during trunk rotation, my back is improving, indicating I'm on the right track toward full recovery.
I manage three rounds of jump rope and two rounds of technical shadowboxing, feeling positive.
Following this warm-up, I spend 40 minutes lifting light weights, interspersed with ab exercises. It's a high-volume workout aimed at promoting health.
I'm pleased with my quick recovery, getting back to activity in less than three days instead of waiting for pain to fade. It reaffirms the principle that motion leads to more motion. While the pain persists mainly in the mornings, I'll keep monitoring my progress and have ceased salt baths and icing.
