My mornings are still a struggle due to my back, but I'm trying a light workout to see if it helps. After a 30-minute full-body session, I'll assess if it's beneficial.
Despite the norm of rest and ice for pain, I've been alternating salt soaks and icing. From my sports background, I've learned movement aids recovery, but I'm cautious not to overdo it.
Exercising with care can help ease stiffness.
During squats and overhead presses, my back feels strained. I adjust my range of motion and focus on stretching my legs, knowing it often helps more than targeting the source of pain. The body's interconnected, from toes to neck.
