Ten minutes of jump rope for warm-up, a necessary evil. It's mentally and physically tough, but crucial for efficient blood hemoglobin and improved recovery.

Three rounds of intense shadow boxing, incorporating movements from the start. Reflecting on past lapses, moving forward without judgment.


Then, two sets of weighted exercises and a light stretch. Stretching is vital; heavy lifting breaks down muscles, making them more flexible. I do what makes me feel good and push through the workout.
