Building on yesterday's momentum, I dive into very fluid shadow boxing and footwork movement around a shadow opponent.
During the later stages, I focus on gaining ground. By executing coordinated movements, such as striking with my left while landing my right foot simultaneously, and vice versa, I can facilitate secure forward progression, delivering impactful protected kinetic chain punches with each step.
In my last rounds, I emphasized head movement and precise strikes—employing the "stick and move" strategy. It was an intense session, resulting in a satisfying sweat.
Reflecting honestly, I acknowledge that I neglected proper post-workout stretching, a crucial aspect that demands my attention.
Post-work recovery, I plan to consume a tablespoon of honey and a protein shake. Honey serves as an excellent source of glycogen replenishment for my mucscles, supporting my pre, intra, and post-workout fuel deficits.
