Rounds: 5

Warm up included 15 minutes of jumping rope followed 5 rounds of shadowboxing. Super setting the shadow boxing with two different exercises and modifications. #1 used a basketball to place my lead left foot to create an incline and impose better form on my philly shell and counter lead hook. #2 each down round was modified recovery using the a band for external raises for 12-15 reps. I can already feel the strength from the added resistance training. This exercise would have been good to have in my arsenal from the outset of the 100 days. I will use this exercise every other day.
Note of jumping rope: this exercise is very undervalued. I cannot stress enough the full body stress it adds to shoulders, back, abs, posture - not to mention the all the leg muscles from the toes to ankles to calves to hamstrings and hip flexors. Additionally, the mental aspect of skipping rope is unparalleled. I have committed myself to stop looking at the timer and my watch. As this forces a meditative state of breath and heart beat. It's some real third eye stuff. But I can effectively escape the muscle pain and go into my breath, its an out of body experience that is difficult to achieve but what I imagine marathon runners must experience with endorphins over extended exertion.
Finished the day with an ab workout I found on Pacquiao's social media (Instagram). It's heavy. I would guess its about 10 separate moves and I go to failure or a good burn also known as AMRAP. AMRAP is mental as much as physical and changes day to day (As Many Reps As Possible). I would say today was closer to as many reps until deep burn or AMRUDP. Love acronyms.
