No gloves today. 2 rounds on the bag and 1 round shadowboxing.
I shift different styles throughout the shadow boxing. Soviet style bouncing looked better than I thought and the punches looked clean. Very enjoyable session finished with an ab routine I found on Manny Pacquiao’s social media.
Great vids especially liked the one without the bag but bag vids great too. Don't you hurt the skin on your hands going bare?
