Had a great day on the bag. Today was a full focus on combos. Specifically, jab-cross-weave-cross-jab(optional)-hook.

I enjoy the break from the intensity of previous sessions by mastering technical combos. I am going to track my progress by the way I feel after throwing repeated combos. Today it was around 5 combos in a row and then I lost technique and became sloppy. I think I need to add more road work or rope skipping to boost my stamina. I will keep you posted on my progress.
