Happy Monday.


Skipped rope for 3 rounds, without rest, making it a total of 12 minutes of continuous movement. Good warm up.


Spent time working on building muscles for the week ahead.


Superset: 3 x 12 of pull-ups (overhand wide grip), 3 x 20 push-up plus, 3 x 12 hanging leg raises. By supersetting these you can modify and titrate your own workout. The lever: or forcing shorter recovery periods between exercises and sets can help you make progress with your VO2 max.


This is important for stamina during rounds as well as improved recovery while resting. It also has the potential to positively impact blood pressure and heart rate while at rest and exercise.


This form of exercise can alter your blood chemistry, enhancing its efficiency in transporting oxygen and fostering greater capacity for increased oxygen volumes in muscles. Additionally, it promotes elevated nitrogen production through aerobic muscle building, by enabling the body to use more available protein to feed muscles.
