Hard to believe it's all over today. From November 13th, 2023 until today is 100 days. I am more proud of the commitment to finish and write everyday than any other physical improvements, strength and skill gains combined. This ending comes with excitement for what is to come. I am already considering my next chain of posts and entries. I will keep it open ended and loose. I will share in a separate post what I am thinking after reviewing my data from the last 100 days below. Judge for yourself as I will likely have more insightful thoughts as the last 100 days percolates and I have time away from the challenge.

Total Data and Statistics: (*I am including the entire month of November)

Number of workouts: 53 (not including sprints, roadwork, and strength training)

Calories: 21,076

Average workout duration: 39.025 minutes

I have trained 33 hours since before the challenge according to this boxing timer. My overall boxing hours and training are likely closer to >150 hours. However, the last 30+ hours felt more intentional. I noticed that my earlier workouts in a traditional boxing gym format with sparring, speed bags, double end bags etc. was through osmosis rather than focused effort.

I have successfully added a blend of soviet style boxing with an east coast flavor that comes naturally because of this focused effort. Staying present and honest with myself has been exhausting. Although, towards the end of the 100 days judging myself and deciding what skill to work became more natural.

For the last day I did a strength day for the final day of the challenge as follows:

Shadow footwork to warm up.

The belly of the workout consisted of the following 3 sets with 35lb dumbbells:

10 x overhead press

10 x shrugs

10 x curls

10 x shoulder extension

25 x dips

15 x shoulder external extension (resistance band)

15 x goblet squat

10 x bent over row

30 x Push ups

Congrats!!! Number crunching instinctively, "intentional," "staying present and honest" - with a finessed change in your boxing skills and the discipline. Impressive and not surprising.
